How to reset your password

If you’ve forgotten your username and/or password, we can help get you back up and running. The steps to recover your account differ depending on how you sign in to MyExpensesOnline

How do I sign in to MyExpensesOnline?

If you use a username (that doesn’t contain the @ symbol) and password, then you sign in with your Username (Usually in the format of first name.Surname)

If you use an email address and password (the same one you use to receive emails) then you sign in with your Email Address.


Choose one of the options below to reset your password.

I sign in with a username

Enter your Username (Usually in the format of first name.Surname) and click reset password. You will have a single user password emailed to you, this is then used on the login to screen to log in.

Copy/Paste the password from the email and use this to log in. Once logged in a banner will be displayed on the dashboard, use this to set the password to something more memorable.

I sign in with an email address

Enter your Email Address (Contains the @ symbol) and click reset password. You will have a single user password emailed to you, this is then used on the login to screen to log in.
